Tsunami Kite School operates out of Tsunami Village resort in Bwejuu, with a second teaching location at Paje, on Zanzibar's south-east coast. IKO-certified instructors run basic through advanced and freestyle lessons and equipment rental in flat, crystal-clear lagoon water, with a reef around 800 metres offshore for wave riding and downwind excursions elsewhere on the island. The school operates around two wind seasons: the stronger southerly Kuzi winds from June to November and the gentler Kaskazi winds from January to March.
