Refund policy
What is refundable, and how a refund is decided.

Payments made to the platform — for a promoted listing, an advertising campaign or a paid feature — are refundable where the service was not delivered.
A promotion that ran is not refundable because it did not produce the result hoped for. A promotion that did not run, or ran for less than the period paid for, is refunded for the part not delivered.
An advertising campaign refused at review is refunded in full. One suspended for breaking the advertiser terms is not.
A refund is requested through your account, decided by a member of staff, and the decision and its reason are recorded. You are told the outcome either way.
A refund of a payment made to an operator rather than to the platform is a matter between you and the operator, subject to the booking and cancellation terms.
