These terms govern your use of Zanzibar.today. By creating an account or using the platform you accept them.
The platform is a venue. Listings, messages, reviews and applications are written by their authors, not by us, and the agreement to buy, sell, hire, book or rent is between the people who make it. We do not inspect goods, verify qualifications, or guarantee that a booking will be honoured.
You are responsible for what you post and for what you agree. You must have the right to sell what you list, the right to work where you offer work, and you must not post anything unlawful, misleading or that belongs to somebody else.
We may refuse, hide, suspend or remove content, and restrict or close an account, where these terms or the posting rules are broken. Where we do, we tell you what was decided and you may appeal it.
Nothing in these terms removes a right you have under the laws of Tanzania and of Zanzibar, including any consumer right that cannot be excluded by agreement.
Tanzanian law governs these terms and the courts of Tanzania have jurisdiction.
