Privacy notice
What we hold about you, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
DRAFT — REQUIRES OWNER OR LEGAL REVIEW. This text is provided as a starting point and has not been reviewed by a lawyer.
We collect what we need to run the platform: the account details you give us, the content you post, the messages you send through the platform, and technical records of how the service was used.
We use it to operate the marketplace, to keep it safe, to answer disputes and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.
Private messages are private. Platform staff can read a conversation only under specific conditions — an open moderation case that names it, a stated reason, a bounded window — and every such access is recorded permanently, including who read it, when and how much. That record cannot be edited or deleted by anybody, including us.
A CV attached to a job application is available to the employer you applied to and to you. It is not available to platform staff by default.
We keep data for as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected for, and longer where the law requires. Content you delete is removed from the site; records of moderation decisions and of financial transactions are kept.
You may ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account. Some records survive deletion where we are required to keep them, and we will tell you which.
