Zanzibar House is a small boutique hotel on the northeast coast near Matemwe and Pwani Mchangani, about 40km from Stone Town, set directly on a private sand beach overlooking the Indian Ocean. The property keeps a low room count of around eight, built around a swimming pool with jacuzzi, sauna and hammam for a quiet, spa-oriented stay. Guests use it as a base for snorkeling and scuba diving on the nearby reef.
