Mangrove Lodge is a small eco-lodge built and run by a Zanzibari-Italian family at Mawimbini Beach, Chuini, about 15 km north of Stone Town on Zanzibar's west coast, next to spice plantations and the Sultan's Palace ruins garden. It has 10 thatched bungalows, a bar and restaurant on the mangrove bay, and a pool and loungers on the beach. The lodge holds a Responsible Tourism Tanzania level-2 (Sapling) certification and focuses on community impact for the nearby Chuini area.
