Jozani Mangrove Boardwalk is a Zanzibar natural site associated with mangrove, nature trail.
The mangrove boardwalk is a raised wooden walkway through the tidal mangrove forest section of Jozani Chwaka Bay National Park -- Zanzibar's only national park, established in 2004, covering about 50 km² and recognised under UNESCO's Man and the Biosphere Programme. The wider park protects roughly 291 identified plant species and is the flagship habitat of the endemic Zanzibar red colobus monkey (Procolobus kirkii), with a population of around 1,000, alongside Sykes monkeys, bush babies, over 50 butterfly species and 168 recorded bird species.
