Mr. Kahawa is a beachfront cafe-restaurant on Paje Beach, next to the kite-surfing centre, built around single-origin Tanzanian Arabica coffee from the Utengule farm. Started as a small coffee shop in 2015, it has grown into a social hub serving fresh juices, creative cocktails, house-baked cakes and a Mediterranean-inspired menu with strong vegetarian and vegan options. Live music and fast Wi-Fi draw both travellers working remotely and sunset crowds.
