The Zanzibar Utilities Regulatory Authority (ZURA) is the Revolutionary Government of Zanzibar's multi-sectoral regulator for the water and energy sectors, licensing and overseeing providers of electricity, petroleum, water and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) across the archipelago. Based on the second floor of the Zanzibar Roads Fund Building in Maisara, the authority also runs public-awareness campaigns and works to attract private investment into the utilities it regulates.
