The Zanzibar Revenue Authority (ZRA) is the Revolutionary Government of Zanzibar's semi-autonomous agency for assessing, collecting and administering domestic (inland) revenue across Unguja and Pemba. It was established under Act No. 11 of 2022, replacing the Zanzibar Revenue Board (ZRB) that had operated since 1996, with a mandate to improve efficiency, transparency and accountability in tax administration. Its offices are on Fumba Road in Mazizini.
